“10-401" is one of the most sought-after units in Kamaole Sands. What makes it so special?

  • Location, location, location: Those who have been to Kamaole Sands know what it means to be in Building Ten. On the Top Floor. In 10-401, on the corner which is about 28 steps away from award-winning snorkeling, boogie-boarding, and picnicking at Kamaole Beach Park III. Once you have been here, you will know, too.
  • Ocean Views: Both the corner patio/lanai and the extra-large picture window in the living room of 10-401 overlook the Beach Park, the Pacific Ocean, and the Keala-i-Kahiki Channel, from the Islands of Kahoolawe to Molokini to Lanai, capturing the brilliant evening sunsets, peaceful ocean views, and whale-watching when in season.
  • Designer up-grades: Our good friend, Robbi Overvold, ASID, recently utilized over $40,000.00 to remodel our bathrooms with glass block showers, tile floors, floor-to-ceiling tile walls, new mirrors, lighting, and cabinets, and Keucko accessories. Previous up-grades by Robbi included full-length mirrors in the dining room and living room, plush aqua-green carpeting in the dining room, living room, and bedrooms, and matching sofa and love seats.   • Ambience: Combining all of the above with the two-story spiral oak staircase and vaulted cathedral ceiling, our guests to 10-401 experience an atmosphere that is open and airy, calm and balanced, with an incredible “lightness of being.”
  • Convenience: 10-401 has Reserved Parking Stall # 56, which is the closest to the main entrance and elevator for Building Ten. Trust us, after a day of sightseeing, it does make a difference.
  • Honeymoon Table: Every good restaurant has that special table located in that special corner for honeymooners or couples celebrating their special occasion. 10-401 has a covered patio/lanai that has that five-star “special corner table,” where you can enjoy your favorite cocktail or a glass of Champagne or Prosecco while watching the sun slowly kiss the waters of the Pacific, and then dine romantically in relaxed privacy, taking the time to rediscover yourselves and each other.

CAVEAT: Over the years, most of our guests have given 10-401 the highest compliments, ratings, and recommendations. One guest, however, complained of noise from South Kihei Road and Kamaole Beach Park III. We feel that in order to enjoy the incredible views, exceptional location, and close proximity to the Beach that 10-401 provides, there is going to be some ambient noise from the road and the park. Nevertheless, if you require no noise at all, please look for another unit far away from the park, the road, the pool, the BBQ pits, and the picnic areas. Also, if you require central air conditioning or an extra-cool environment, please seek out another unit that will provide for your needs. If you wish, we can direct you to such a unit. We want you to have the best vacation possible. It is very important for us to have guests who can fully enjoy the views, cleanliness, security, privacy, and up-grades of 10-401 as it is. Refer to the Master Calendar for availability, up-dated seasonal rates, and any rate changes.

Presently, rates range from $175 to $255 per night, plus tax. There is a four-night minimum, with discounts for seven or more nights, and additional discounts for twenty-eight or more nights. A 25% deposit is due within ten days. Time permitting, full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Until confirmed, rates and taxes are subject to change without notice. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Late check-out can be arranged subject to availability of the Unit.

A resort fee of $15 is due and payable upon check-in and registration. Thereafter, you will be provided with electronic gate cards, the pool access code, a parking pass to assigned reserved parking stall #56, broadband high-speed internet service, cable television service, local phone service, the daily Maui News newspaper, and an invitation to the Wednesday afternoon pool-side Mai Tai party, at no further charge.

A Security Deposit may be required from first-time guests to cover charges that may result from excessive cleaning, house rules violation fines, or damage or loss to the unit or its contents caused by guests during their stay.

All units are non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
