CONDO TIPS
This is a summary of the most important general condo tips which are unique to the tropical climate or the resort itself.
1) This is a tropical climate so in order to minimize any problem with insects you need to empty kitchen trash frequently, store snacks in the refrigerator, and keep the counters clean.
2) Some owners have not yet installed a floor track so it is necessary to slide closet doors slowly so they do not go off of the upper track.
3) To prevent stopping up the kitchen drain, do not dispose of grease or fruit and vegetable scraps down the disposal. Instead put them in the trash.
4) The dryer exhaust system is unique and requires a few simple precautions. Please do not use the dryer during quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM. The dryer vent exhaust fan is off to reduce noise and clothes will not dry properly. Also, keep the dryer door closed even when not in use.
5) The washers in this complex are small capacity and you should use one half the recommended amount of detergent to prevent overflowing the drains.
6) Do not use liquid dish washing soap in the dishwasher because this will cause suds and water to flood the kitchen.
