• Resort fee: $15.00 + tax collected at front desk
• A Security Deposit of $250.00 is due 10 days after booking to secure the reservation. This is used in the event of any damage occurring with a guest's visit. It is separate from the rent. No Security Deposit is required if paid by Credit Card. Refundable Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 days after guests leave, if all is in order after departure.
• Full Rental Payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
• Payments can be made by Personal Check, Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Credit Card.
